Arkovo uses SMS messaging to communicate with contractors and homeowners for job dispatch, scheduling, and service coordination. We value your privacy and ensure transparency in how we use text messaging.

How You Opt In

Contractors:

  • By completing our onboarding form and checking the SMS consent box
  • OR by verbally consenting to SMS communication during phone onboarding

Homeowners:

  • By initiating a service request via SMS to our toll-free number, you agree to receive messages from Arkovo related to your inquiry.

Message Purpose

  • Job offers or availability checks (for contractors)
  • Service confirmation and scheduling (for homeowners)
  • Follow-up questions or reminders
  • Limited-time opportunities to accept available work

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your usage and preferences but typically ranges from 1–10 messages per week.

Fees

Standard messaging and data rates may apply, based on your mobile carrier’s plan.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:

  • STOP — to end all text communication
  • HELP — to receive customer support info
